Just a note: the whole GnuPG project is moving closer and
closer to a "just use GCC" paradigm. This might be a good
choice for developers aka *team* (no mumbo-jumbo stuff to
make things work, decreased number of ugly workarounds,
etc.), but is certainly a *bad thing* for many users.
Win32 developers have already seen that.
