Question on decryption

Hi, 

 

I am wondering if you can help me. When decrypting a file using the
GNUME Interface, it returns success (successfully decrypted) but the
file is 0k (empty). When I decrypt the file using the command line GPG
commands, it successfully decrypts the file. Can you think of anything I
should try?
