[Announce] GnuPG 1.3.3 released (development)

I've the following problem with GnuPG 1.2.3 on Win2k.

After I decrypt a file the trustdb is damaged.

I try GnuPG to work with a PHP-Skript over exec() and want to use it for
automatic encryption and decryption of user files.

My questions:
(1) Is their a win2k binary for the new version
(2) Why is the trustdb damaged
(3) Is their a PHP extension to use with GnuPG?
