the following appears:

gpg: 68: read expected rec type 6, got 67
gpg: trust record 68, req type 6: read failed: Fehler in der Trust-DB
gpg: Die "Trust"-Datenbank ist beschädigt; verwenden Sie "gpg
--fix-trustdb".

after removing the keyrings and reimporting the keys I can encrypt correctly
but only one time. after this the same error appears.
