[PATCH] Fix build error on GNU/K*BSD w/ChangeLog

Hi!

This patch fixes wrong detection of Glibc-based GNU/K*BSD systems in
mpi/config.links. Our system triplets are "*-k*bsd*-gnu", which should
not be matched by a generic *bsd* rule.

Patch attached, entry for mpi/ChangeLog follows:
