ez-pine-gpg-[sign-and-]encrypt

under some circumstances, which i think i can recreate, pine gobbles up
info directed to /dev/tty. info sent to stdout & stderr are fine.

so, when sending a message to an untrusted key, and gpg asks if i want to:
 	Use this key anyway?

it doesn't echo a user's response to the screen.

i figured out a fix, and i'll include it in the next release.
