GnuPG 1.2.6rc1 gettext

I noticed that the config.log of 1.2.6rc1 doesn't show a check
for whether the included gettext is requested, even when I set
the configure option --with-included-gettext. Does it
automatically use the gettext source included with GnuPG,
whether or not its requested? It shows the included-zlib check,
and I though it used to show the included-gettext check.
