Well, you need some way to account for people with multiple keys...

This seems inconsistent. I'd rather see the "0x" made optional for
both. There is certainly no real need for it. I dislike the parenthetical
additions to the ID as well: the fingerprint should be the determining
factor. It's a shame keyservers rely on 8 character IDs. :(
 
You might prefer to use OpenPGP-Key, not OpenPGP-KeyID. The latter
seems a bit redundant, and a quick google shows people prefer it
already:
 
X-PGP-KEY: 4,070 hits
X-PGP-KEYID: 680 hits
 
Rest of it sounds good.
