Win32 GnuPG with MinGW/MSYS: all tests passed

Dear all,

I have just updated my GnuPG page with the instructions to get all 25
tests passed with "make check". 

For "conventional-mdc" it is enough to install dd.exe in MinGW.

For "seat" there is a little workaround due to the fact that the plain
text files are in Unix (LF) and not in DOS (CRLF) text format. 

Maybe such a workaround can be enabled or disabled at build time by the
"configure" script... As soon as I have some time I will try to look at
it.
