Missing info in --with-colons

All information can be gotten from --with-colons.  Some pieces of
information you need to ask for explicitly, though.  Keyserver URLs
can be very large, and there can be more than one of them which would
make the regular --with-colons listing very large and be inconvenient
for those people who didn't want them.

To get keyserver URLs in the listing, add:

  --list-options show-sig-subpackets=24

to your list command.  You'll also need to use --list-sigs instead of
--list-keys since keyserver URLs live on signatures, not on keys.
