Suggestion - listing options

Hi,

Here's a suggestion for a new command in gpg. Something 
like "--list-options" which would display all options used 
by gpg, parsed from gpg.conf file, in the same format as 
the gpg.conf file.

That would allow front-ends to easily retrieve options 
used by gpg at launch. Currently, if we want to provide a 
GUI other than a text editor to edit gpg.conf, we need to 
parse gpg.conf the same way gpg does it (order priority, 
dependencies between options, etc.).
