[announce] (inofficial) GpgME++ - C++ bindings for gpgme 0.4.x

Hi!

This is to inform you that we have been writing a (now fairly complete) 
C++ "wrapper" for gpgme for use in KMail and Kleopatra (former 
KGpgCertManager). You can currently find it in KDE's CVS (we will make 
an independant release once it's complete and fully tested), but it's 
not bound to KDE or Qt at all.[1]

[1] However, in the same repository, you can find qgpgme, which 
currently is all about integrating gpgme with the Qt event loop.
