0.4.x versions not installing .a libraries

  Hi,

  While packaging version 0.4.7 I have just realized that all 0.4 branch
  has not installed .a verson of the library. Looking around a bit I
  discovered that .a file is called libgpgme-real.a and it's not listed
  in gpgme/Makefile.am, so it's not being copied over on install.

  Is this intended or a bug?
