GnuPG 1.3.92: Debug info left in simple-text.c

A misterious static variable 'debug_hack' was left in function
'get_string( struct loaded_domain *domain, u32 idx )' in
'simple-text.c', and it causes the output messed up every 3
times....After I commented it out the output became normal. So maybe
someone has forgotten something? :-)
