gpg --edit, delsigs and --no-tty

Printing to a TTY despite the user specifying --no-tty would be a
pretty unpleasant hack.  This is fixed properly in 1.3.x, where delsig
and --with-colons gives you the sig in colon form and the TTY is
irrelevant.
