It depends. If i need quite a lot of the info anyway for building my
"key preferences" dialog (and i even include sig subpackets for output
to get things like preferred ciphers), it is easier to throw the rest of
the information away than to ask Java for a temp file name and to ensure
that this file will be deleted afterwards even if an error occurs.
IOW: I hate using tempfiles if I can avoid it.

patching file g10.c
Hunk #1 succeeded at 930 (offset -7 lines).
Hunk #2 succeeded at 955 (offset -7 lines).
Hunk #3 succeeded at 1984 (offset -13 lines).
Hunk #4 succeeded at 2245 with fuzz 1 (offset -31 lines).

C:\progs\msys\1.0\home\mine\gnupg-1.4.1>.\g10\gpg
   --homedir \temp --attribute-file \temp\new4.dat
   --status-fd 1 --list-sigs "JPEG"

C:\temp>fc new2.dat new4.dat
Comparing files new2.dat and NEW4.DAT
FC: no differences encountered

(my hex editor thinks the same - i. e. that patch did not cure the problem)
