keys that GnuPG doesn't like with --recv/--refresh

Hi,

key 0x39CC8CED3D79EDCA as found on keyserver.noreply.org (or any other
server of the SKS network) makes GnuPG 1.4.2 fall over itself on --recv/--refresh:

weasel at asteria:~/gnupg$ gpg --keyserver localhost --recv 94c09c7f
gpg: keyring `/home/weasel/gnupg/gpghome/secring.gpg' created
gpg: keyring `/home/weasel/gnupg/gpghome/pubring.gpg' created
[..]
weasel at asteria:~/gnupg$ gpg --keyserver localhost --recv 39CC8CED3D79EDCA
gpg: requesting key 3D79EDCA from hkp server localhost
gpg: key 3D79EDCA: public key "Marc SCHAEFER (CRIL) <schaefer at cril.ch>" imported
gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=2d)
gpg: read_block: read error: invalid packet
gpg: no ultimately trusted keys found
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg: imported: 1
weasel at asteria:~/gnupg$ gpg --keyserver localhost --recv c82e0039
[..]
gpg: imported: 1 (RSA: 1)

gpg --list-key then properly shows all 3 keys, however:

weasel at asteria:~/gnupg$ gpg --keyserver localhost --refresh-keys
gpg: refreshing 3 keys from localhost
gpg: requesting key 94C09C7F from hkp server localhost
gpg: requesting key 3D79EDCA from hkp server localhost
gpg: requesting key C82E0039 from hkp server localhost
gpg: key 94C09C7F: "Peter Palfrader" not changed
gpg: key 3D79EDCA: "Marc SCHAEFER (CRIL) <schaefer at cril.ch>" not changed
gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=2d)
gpg: read_block: read error: invalid packet
gpg: Total number processed: 2
gpg: unchanged: 2

That is, it stops refreshing keys after 3D79EDCA.

So it seems that it imported parts of the key that it could understand,
however when refreshing keys (or receiving them) it stops the process
after this key.
