gpg-agent terminating on child termination

I noticed that both gpg-agent and ssh-agent support forking off a command
with the appropriate environment variables set. However, ssh-agent watches
the child process and terminates itself after it quits, while gpg-agent does
not seem to.

I'm no expert on the issues here, but I think this would be a nice feature to
have in gpg-agent as well. It ensures the user that gpg-agent will only run
for the length of the child process (X session, mail program, whatever) --
even when things go wrong.

Thanks! -T
