trust model details

Could I make a suggestion for a new file in docs that
describes the details of the various trust models?

The specific question I have at the moment is:

how does the --max-cert-depth interact with the "pgp"
delegated trust model?  Does each key that has
delegated trust still count as a "link" in the chain
for the purposes of the maximum cert depth?
