gnupg-1.4.2rc1 build problem

When I use the original tar.gz for a/m version I get an error that line 16
of the specfile ("Copyright: GPL") is illegal on my Mandriva Cooker using
rpm-4.4.1.

When I changed the line to "License: GPL" the build
(with rpm -ta gnupg-1.4.2.rc1.tar.gz) was successful.
