gnupg-1.4.2rc2 and SGI IRIX 6.5

David Shaw <dshaw at jabberwocky.com> kindly provided a quick patch to
util/memrchr.c in the gnupg-1.4.2rc2 distribution to fix the compilation
error in the declaration

	const unsigned char *start=s,*end=s+n-1;

I've just applied that to the SGI IRIX 6.5 build, and the build is
now successful, and all tests pass.
