libgpgerror cross compilation

Hi Werner

Thanks for the hint on cvs ..it worked.  The root was an error (I had doen a su - to set something else right and created the makefile)  . I compile under my login (as can be seen from the files)

Anyway you are a saviour .. Thanks a million
