bug in option 'ask-sig-expire'

Then I get asked for the expiration interval. 
Is '--force-v3-sigs' a default option? I don't have it in my options 
file.

Oh, and as I forgot to give the informations last time, the behaviour 
is the same on SuSE Linux 10.0, WinXP and Win95 with the german 
version of gpg 1.4.2.
