ssh support for Beligian eID cards

Hi!
I just committed changes to GnuPG 1.9 to allow the use of the Beligian
eID card now also with ssh. To use this, you need to install the
gpg-agent with ssh support (see the manual) and put the card into a
reader. Note, that due to the fact that this card is T=0, the
internal CCID driver of GnuPG won't work and you need to use pcsc.

When running "ssh-add -l" you will see the fingerprint and the card
number as printed on the front matter (e.g. 000-0002011-71). The
signing key key is used for this.
This new code should work with all pkcs#15 cards.
