Is there any interest in submitting added comments?

I read the instructions on assigning the copyrights at
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/assigning.html and if you can send me the
questionaire I would be happy to fill it out and send it to the FSF
for approval.

So do submitters make their changes directly in CVS on Savannah?
