MSYS and Cygwin

Hi all,

I keep on having problems compiling SVN builds with Cygwin.
After installing I manage to compile the official release (1.4.3) but
after trying to build a SVN version I keep in having this error:
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating
.infig.status: error: cannot find input file:

I am running Windows XP SP2 on a Pentium 4 computer.

Compiling with MSYS works like a charm!

It would be a pity if I have to uninstall Cygwin :-(
