No.

For the record, fc6's default optflags for which gnupg2 crashes is:
-O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions 
-fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64 -mtune=generic

Take out the -O2, and all is well.
