Problem with email addresses beginning with 0x

Use 

  <0xlukej at gmail.com>

To indicate that it is an email address.  Take care of shell quoting
rules.  From the manual:

  @item By exact match on an email address.
  This is indicated by enclosing the email address in the usual way
  with left and right angles.

  @end example
  @end cartouche
