Sorry, we won't add support for a specific card.  We want to stick to
the ISO-7816 standard.  If this is about a specific application as
used with that card, an app-foo.c modules needs to be written.  

As soon as 2k RSA keys are more widespread support for extended Lc and
Le will be added.

For the record, we need copyright assignments to the FSF for all
