[PATCH 0/3] Fix the "gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=14)" bug

This series of patches fixes a long-standing bug in the interaction
between GnuPG's packet parsing and zlib.  (It's been mentioned several
times in the mailing list archive.)

Please review the changes; I hope I'll be able to fast-track it into
Debian sid.
