Moving the server to a new box

Hi!

The GnuPG server is moving to a new hardware and thus you may encounter
a couple of problems for some time.  Please don't report such problems.

www.gnupg.org and lists.gnupg.org should basically work as soon as the
DNS has catched up.  FTP has already been migrated some time ago.
