For my purpose already a uniform value would be great news as everyone
knows the timestamps aren't authentic. Others may have problems with
identical key creation and self-signature dates as they might indicate
that the holder either owns a supercomputer or deals with timestamp
forging.

But your description doesn't say whether the transferred value exactly
represents the resulting timestamps or is only used to calculate an
internal timestamp offset initially so that the seconds passed while
key creation still influence the timestamp of the signature. If the
latter applies the time interval between creation and signing would
allow to draw conclusions concerning the equipment that was used.

Don't the users resp. frontend developers bear responsibility to suit
those data to their respective tasks?

Many thanks for your efforts.

Kind regards
