gpg2 support in GPGME

Can you elaborate on the incompatibilities?  I don't know about them.

The crypto engine can be set up at configure time or with

gpgme_set_engine_info           NEW
gpgme_ctx_set_engine_info       NEW

which exist since version 1.1.0.
