test failures with gnupg-2.0.4 on solaris, Tru64 and IRIX

Hi,
The sm-sign+verify test is the only test we have failing, here is a
sample of the output on Tru64-5.1 (other platforms have the same 
error, root certificate not trusted-  gpg-agent[13640]: command
marktrusted failed: Not supported)

Any ideas?
