gpgme make check pinentry dialogs

Hi,
We have gnupg-2.0.4, and are building gpgme-1.1.4 with
--with-gpg=/path/to/gpg2, during make check (in the tests/gpg subdir)
a lot of pinentry dialogs ask for passphrases. If I type 'abc<RETURN>'
a lot then the tests will pass, but it does not seem normal to have to
do so.

Is the presentation of these dialogs expected behavior?
