pinentry patches

Hi Peter,

sorry for not replying earlier; I am quite busy and actually at the
LinuxTag.  Marcus will look at your pinentry patches and get back to
you.  

I have not looked closely at your patcches, however there is one design
goal which you should keep in mind: pinentry shall be as small and
simple as possible for security reasons.  (I have not said that your
patches are too large, though).
