Double-encoding of uids

Hi,

I've created a new UID some days ago for my key (3dbd3b20, uid is online),
which seems to be broken, it's double encoded.
pgpdump gives this:
        User ID - Johannes B\xc3\x83\xc2\xb6ck <hanno at hboeck.de>

I'm using gentoo, gnupg version is 2.0.7, locale de_DE.utf-8.
I've tried to create a new test key with umlauts, same thing.

Any idea what's wrong?
