gpgme: need *both* gnupg and gnupg2?

Yes.  Using something exactly like that ;)

Shouldn't happen in current SVN.  But the tests are a bit brittle,
because they rely on unspecified backend behaviour, and a failed test
does not necessarily mean that GPGME has an error.
