BUG: gpg 1.4.9 crashes when creating ELG keys with sign and encrypt capability in batch mode

I think you're not supposed to use ElGamal keys that can sign and
encrypt, but GPG shouldn't crash in any case. This crash happens
consistently.
C:\> gpg --batch --gen-key
Key-Type: RSA
Key-Usage: sign
Subkey-Type: ELG-E
Subkey-Usage: encrypt sign
Name-Real: Joe Blow
