dirmngr 1.0.2: fetch-crl causes memory protection fault

Hello,

I can not import crl files because dirmngr terminates with memory protection 
fault:
dirmngr --fetch-crl http://crl.verisign.com/pca2-g2.crl
dirmngr[834]: permanently loaded certificates: 0
dirmngr[834]:     runtime cached certificates: 0
Memory protection fault

dirmngr --fetch-crl http://onsitecrl.verisign.com/OnSitePublic/LatestCRL.crl
dirmngr[881]: error opening `/root/.gnupg/dirmngr_ldapservers.conf': No such 
file or directory
dirmngr[881]: permanently loaded certificates: 0
dirmngr[881]:     runtime cached certificates: 0
Memory protection fault
