pcsc_connect and PCSC_SHARE_EXCLUSIVE

Because it requires full control over the card.  Think of scdaemon as a
replacement for pcscd.  

If you don't like that, you may use the ssdaemon option --card-timeout to
release the context if no client is connected to scdaemon.
