GnuPG 1.4.10 v. VMS

   A VMS edition of GnuPG 1.4.10 should be available near:

      http://antinode.org/dec/sw/gnupg.html

It's not tested any better than ever, but some simple things seem to
work, and complaints are always welcome.  As usual, VMS-related changes
are described in the release notes:

   As always, if anyone wants to incorporate any of these changes into
the main stream, I'd be happy to answer any related questions.  (Or if
you'd like a list of the DEC/Compaq/HP C compiler's residual
complaints...)
