libksba-1.0.5: nanosleep() unresolved

As a followup to my earlier posting about the unresolved
nanosleep() function on Sun Solaris platforms, I tried
restarting the build with

	make LIBS=-lrt all check

That simple change produced a successful build, validation,
and subsequent installation.
