gpgme and delphi/pascal ?

We won't change the API in an incompatible way including the assigned
ordinals (see src/gpgme.def). 

We use the MS ABI, the only gotcha is to use a plain free() for
allocated memmory returned by GPGME; you must use gpgme_free.  This is
required to cope with different MS C runtime versions.
