Error importing public key

Hi,

My partner sent me an ASCII-armored PGP public key (the attached file) that had been generated using GnuPG v2.0.12. Then I failed to import that key to the GnuPG 2.0.12 at my side (I used the GPA 0.9.0 interface in the Gpg4win package 2.0.1) - I got the error message "No OpenPGP data".

Could you take a look at the issue to see what happened?
