gpg-agent: can't connect to the agent: IPC connect call failed

gpg-agent --verbose --write-env-file $HOME/.gnupg/gpg-agent-info
gpg-agent: can't connect to the agent: IPC connect call failed

I use the Mandriva Cooker (2010.1), and all gnupg softver is up to date.

I try to start the gpg-agent like daemon and it create this log: 
2010-06-16 10:55:32 gpg-agent[1920] gpg-agent (GnuPG) 2.0.15 started
2010-06-16 10:56:35 gpg-agent[1920] can't connect my own socket: Invalid
value passed to IPC
2010-06-16 10:56:35 gpg-agent[1920] this process is useless - shutting
down
2010-06-16 10:56:38 gpg-agent[1920] gpg-agent (GnuPG) 2.0.15 stopped
