--list-options show-photos does not work with --with-colons [PATCH]

Hi folks--

i'm just now realizing that --list-options show-photos does not invoke
--photo-viewer if --with-colons is set.

Since most automated frontends hopefully use --with-colons to enumerate
keys by now, this fix should enable those frontends to properly extract
the relevant User Attributes for display in a graphical UI, while
logically associating them with the rest of the information.

Attached are two patches: the first against 1.4.10 (tested, resolves the
issue), and the other against trunk (which i haven't tested directly,
but i believe should resolve the issue).
