What you call is a menu and it is subject to change.  Thus you may not
use any kind of canned commands.  The way to add a UID is by using
--status-fd and command-fd.  GPGME is helpful here but you need to
employ a FSM to make it actually working. See the course code of GPA for
an example on how to implement it.
