Convergence is pased on Perspective (Wendlandt et al.) and used for Web
access.  Such a system may be used to extend our system:

  For example, DNSSEC can provide a strong channel for certificate
  transfer, and sophisticated monitoring networks can provide a high
  degree of spatial and temporal persistence, see\cite{Wendlandt:2008}
  and Sect.~\ref{related}.
