ECC code now in GnuPG master

Glad you asked, I'm sort of in the same boat.  I am a win32 kinda-guy and
hate compiling stuff bigger than a hello world program.  I just use the
installers with GnuPG v1.xx.x stuff, and this new v2 branch sounds pretty
cool.
